A non-profit Christian organisation serving those whose lives have been shaped by traumatic and painful experiences — through armed conflict, forced displacement, or the pressures of resettlement.
We are dedicated servants of God, located in Sheffield and connected to communities across the Great Lakes region of Africa — healing and restoring lives across two continents.
Fellowship gatherings, trauma healing, counselling, welfare support, and discipleship for immigrants, refugees, and local residents in Sheffield.
Bringing material aid and spiritual healing directly into refugee settlements across Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda in the Great Lakes region.
Trauma healing ministry, prayer, counselling, and faith-centred support for those shaped by war, displacement, and personal loss.
“We are dedicated servants of God, located in Sheffield and connected to communities across the Great Lakes region of Africa — transforming lives by nurturing both spiritual and physical wholeness in Christ.”Africa Peace Fellowship · Vision & Mission
Real, ongoing support to real families — not a one-off gift, but a continuous commitment we carry forward month after month.
For some time now, APF has walked alongside a family of nine — a widow, her sister, and the children in their care — providing consistent food support and working toward a safer home for them. With the funds available, we have been able to build part of a new house, though it remains incomplete; completing it is one of our ongoing priorities as more support comes in. Beyond this family, APF also provides monthly food provisions to a number of families in Congo and Rwanda, helping to cover their needs for the entire month, every month.
Our founder has begun sharing the message of reconciliation, peace, and the Word of God through video — reaching an audience far beyond Sheffield and the Great Lakes region. It's a young part of our ministry, but one we believe carries real weight. Take a moment to watch.
Every contribution reaches real people — from a refugee family in Nakivale to someone finding healing in Sheffield.
